What is the fee/sales split for items sold?


Heavenly Handmade operates on a 60/40 consignment basis. Vendors keep 60% of their sales Store keeps 40% of sales




How will I get paid as a vendor?


Vendors will be paid via DIRECT DEPOSIT.




When are vendor payouts issued?


Vendor payments will be issued for the previous month with the first week of the following month. Sales reports will be email prior to the payment to show vendor sales amounts. For Example: January sales will be paid out between February 1 - 7




What are the store business hours?


Heavenly Handmade will be open ALL mall hours. Closing early or closing on days when mall is open will not happen.




How do I my items to the store?


Items can be dropped off at the store during any regular business hours. Should you need to drop off outside of regular mall hours, please contact the store and we will do our best to accomodate! Out of town vendors can also mail or courier their items. Please contact the store if this is an option you are interested in.
